When Quality is not a byword for Mediocrity.

By consistently harping and stipulating the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) we at Navigator have ensured that our suppliers have implemented quality in all processes right from yarn input to final output. At Navigator, Quality is an integral part of its culture and is cultivated and nurtured amongst its supplier’s workforce throughout all processes.

A team of highly trained quality controllers is assigned at the production centers to review everyday production. The controllers monitor and document the whole procedure on a day-to-day basis to secure quality output. Navigator has its own Quality Assurance Team that independently and separately inspects the goods to reassure quality before the client’s final inspection.

Quite often this final stage is a rare occurrence due to the stringent quality procedures in place by Navigator.
